Photoshop Elements

Thursdays, 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm  August 26  – October 7 (7 weeks)

Photography today requires more than knowledge of digital cameras. Digital image editing using a quality image-editing software is a must. Adobe Photoshop, costing more than $500, is preferred by professionals and serious amateurs. For those who cannot afford the ful version of Photoshop, Adobe created Photoshop Elements, costing from $85.99. Surprise, Photoshop Elements has the same software core as the full version of Photoshop with a more user-friendly interface and with some of the high-end commands and specialized applications disabled. As a result, it is usually possible to obtain very high quality images on a budget

This is a 1/2 semester hands-on-computer course. Minimum 4 students, maximum 15

If you aren’t sure this class is for you, come anyway. The first class, August 26 is free.

Instructor: Dana Sohm

Tuition: $250 ($200 + $50 lab fee)
